As a "Hotel Swan", the model is characterized not only by the delicate roof, the imposing bay window and the interior design as a bar and lobby on the first floor. It can also be expanded with a powered revolving door using the "58 200 Motor" item or with a functioning illuminated sign using the "58 101 LED Lighting Hotel Swan" item. The assembly of either one or both optional add-ons is done during the construction of the custom-fit building.
