Auhagen 12263 Burg Lauterstein

The castle was built in the 2nd half of the 12th century in the course of the settlement of the mountains above the valley of the Pockau and was destroyed after a changeful history in the 30-year war.

The model was created according to castle remains on the road between Pockau and Marienberg, the still existing ground plan and a historical drawing by W. Dillich (1629). It is designed as a background model and can therefore be used for nominal sizes H0, TT and N.
