Harnessing the power of flowing water, the model is built in a typical half-timbered style with a slate-covered crippled hipped roof, cantilevered toilet, covered wooden water wheel and small moat bridge, romantically situated by a small stream. The rotating waterwheel can be supplemented during construction with the motor item MBS175843 to create the illusion of a working oil or flour mill. This is a kit.
