Brawa 41700 diesel locomotive BR 203 der HVLE, Ep. VI

The class 203 is a conversion concept of the V100 originally used by the DR and thus a 4-axle diesel locomotive. Many of the modernized models were sold to private railroads, but some remained in the DB and later DB AG fleet. This model from Brawa reproduces one of the locomotives sold to a private railroad. In particular, it is a model that went to the HVLE and received their gray, orange paint scheme and the corresponding lettering. The model picks up on this paintwork excellently and replicates it exactly. Many other components of the locomotive, such as handle bars, running gear components and the driver's cab, are reproduced just as precisely and delicately. The result is a visually impressive model which, thanks to a modern motor, also boasts high tractive power and great running characteristics.
