About the model: The "Lambertz'sche Printe" is very popular far beyond the city and state borders. The history of the crispy pastry goes back to 1688, when a small bakery was founded in Aachen's Sonnenstraße. Today, the traditional family business sells its various baked goods worldwide and is the world market leader in autumn and Christmas cookies. The incomparable taste of the Printen is achieved with fine spices such as cloves, cardamom and coriander. When Henry Lambetz's daughter accidentally dips her traditional herbal Printe in chocolate, the first German cookie with a chocolate coating is created - the extremely popular Schokoladenprinte. The product range is expanded in 1938 with the production of Saftprinte.
