Busch 1304 Late-Summer Grass

Would you like to create natural and atmospheric forest floors, meadows, or autumnal landscapes?

With the Busch 1304 Late Summer Grass, you can enhance your model landscape with realistic-looking ground cover in brown and green tones. This material is particularly well-suited for depicting areas that no longer have a fresh, summer-green appearance but instead reflect the character of late summer or fall. These shades, in particular, add variety to landscape design and create a natural, vibrant effect.

Busch Late Summer Grass, also known as Fall Grass, is a groundcover material specifically developed for natural-looking ground cover. This makes it highly versatile and provides a practical foundation for landscape areas intended to look authentic, soft, and organic.

Natural groundcover with a late-summer and fall effect

The brown-green color scheme of the late-summer bush grass creates a particularly harmonious effect. It is ideal for settings where grassy areas are not meant to appear uniformly light green. Instead, it creates a natural impression reminiscent of late-summer or fall ground cover.

This material is particularly effective when designing forest floors. In nature, forest floors often appear irregular, subdued, and varied in color. This groundcover material is excellent at recreating precisely this effect. The result is a landscape that doesn’t look artificially smooth but blends harmoniously into the overall picture of your model world.

Flexible ground cover material in DIN A4 format

Busch Late Summer Grass is supplied in DIN A4 format, measuring 297 x 210 mm. This format offers you various options for use. You can use the material as a whole mat or cut it into sections or adjust it to fit.

As a result, the Late Summer Grass is suitable for both larger contiguous areas and smaller landscape sections. Whether as a complete ground cover, as a section between paths and trees, or as a complement to already landscaped areas—the material can be used precisely where a natural ground structure is desired.

Conforms to uneven ground without creasing or wrinkling

A particular advantage of this material lies in its flexible structure. The grass fibers form a cohesive nonwoven fabric that conforms precisely to all uneven ground. This allows the late-summer grass to be used even on irregular surfaces.

The nonwoven fabric adapts to the surface without wrinkles or folds. This is particularly practical for modeled landscapes featuring hills, slight depressions, or uneven ground contours. This creates a clean yet natural look, without distracting creases detracting from the overall impression.

Versatile for use in forest and landscape scenes

Busch 1304 Late Summer Grass is suitable for various areas of landscape design. It is particularly effective for depicting forest floors, autumnal grassy areas, or naturally vegetated ground areas. Thanks to its brown-green color scheme, the surface appears pleasantly unobtrusive and realistic.

Since the material can be used as a mat or in sections, it adapts well to different design ideas. You can strategically place smaller sections or cover larger areas with a uniform look. This provides you with a flexible solution for the natural design of your model landscape.
