Description

Busch 1468 Bahnhof »Kupferzell« Product Details

The two-storey model perfectly reflects the construction method and the different surfaces. Many details such as the wooden cladding, doors, sliding gates, shutters and window frames are made of real wood. Plastic gutters and downpipes, realistic reproduction of the roofs made of different materials. Prepared for the installation of interior lighting (Busch lighting base 4280 and neon LEDs 5987).

Assembly is particularly easy thanks to the sturdy, plug-in substructure, which is covered with the pre-cut and colored wooden parts. All you need is a craft knife and model-making glue (e.g. Busch 7599) or all-purpose glue (e.g. UHU® Kraft).

Based on the original model, which was built in 1892 as the first Württemberg standardized station in Kupferzell. The building consists of a central section with a service room on the first floor and an apartment for the stationmaster above. On one side is the waiting room for passengers with a ticket office, on the other a goods shed. This historic station on the Kocher Valley Railway was demolished in 1989, rebuilt at the "Hohenloher Freilandmuseum Wackershofen" and has been open to visitors again since 2000.
