This building with its functional design can be used as a fire department or THW vehicle hall, as well as for rescue service vehicles, building yards and as a production hall for trade and industry. Inside, the hall in the basement and the rooms on the upper floor are separated by a ceiling. The upper floor is divided into 2 rooms by a wall with a door cut-out. This makes the kit ideal for the installation of interior fittings. On one long side of the building there are large roller doors (non-movable) in different sizes (small door 29 × 32 mm, large doors 37 × 43 mm each, entrance depth 100 mm). All-round row of windows on the upper floor. All window frames made of real wood already painted. Filigree rain gutters, downpipes and reproduction of the roof covering.
