Typical workshop hall based on the East German model. Realistic representation of the wall plaster in look and feel. Windows and hall door (23 x 24 mm) made of real wood. All parts fully colored. With filigree rain gutters and downpipes as well as 2 "LBL" type attachment lights (without function). Cut-out sheet with matching advertising signs included.

Assembly is particularly easy thanks to the sturdy, plug-in substructure, which is covered with the pre-cut and colored wooden parts. All you need is a craft knife and model-making glue (e.g. Busch 7599) or all-purpose glue (e.g. UHU® Kraft).
