The Busch 95290 H0 IFA W50 LA/PV is a model of the flatbed vehicle in gray-blue, which came onto the market in 1983 with a reinforced flatbed and all-wheel drive. The W50L, a basic type in the 5 t payload class from Ludwigsfelde, was built from 1965 and was successful both domestically and internationally. The reinforced flatbed made the vehicle particularly suitable for use in the military and for transporting materials and people. Exhibited at the Leipzig Trade Fair in 1982, the vehicle was also intended for export to countries such as Iraq and Iran in order to earn foreign currency.
