The ESU 58771 LokSound 5 micro DCC Direct Kato USA SC44 has been specially developed for retrofitting Kato USA N-gauge locomotives of the Siemens SC44 "Charger" and MP36 types. It completely replaces the factory-installed analog board and thus enables easy conversion to modern digital and sound operation - including an integrated loudspeaker.
With its compact size (60.0 x 10.1 mm), the decoder fits perfectly into the existing interface of the Kato models and still offers an impressive range of functions and hi-fi level audio quality.
