This row of four buildings were built around 1929 and have an ornate stucco façade with Art Nouveau elements. The rear façades are all brick-built, as found almost everywhere in Germany. The buildings can be used to create "boulevards" as well as the typical backyard milieu in the city or along the railroad line. The row of houses consists of two four-storey and two three-storey buildings and can be constructed in a variety of ways.
