Car System Digital Master with Versatile Interfaces

The included Car System Digital Master is the central component of the set. It features a USB interface for connecting to a PC, as well as a LocoNet port for connecting any additional LocoNet components. It also features a DCC input for connecting a DCC digital control unit and a DCC output for DCC-compatible devices.

In addition, the Master offers an output for the rectified power supply of up to six satellites. The Master is powered independently by a 16 V AC supply. A high-performance antenna is integrated for the radio connection between digital vehicles, satellites, and radio expansion modules.

All devices operate as short-range, two-way radio transmission systems. The system uses the 868–870 MHz frequency band and is regulated by the European standard EN 300-220-1 (2).
