Fleischmann 7360008 diesel locomotive 210 007-1, DB, Ep. IV

DB ordered powerful AVCO Lycoming T53-L13 turbines from the then Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz works for the series conversion of some of the popular V-160 family. From 1970, these units were used in the locomotives reclassified as the 210 series. The locomotives with the road numbers 210 001-008 were quickly put into service on their intended main lines.The "TEE Bavaria" express train and other heavy express trains between the Bavarian capital of Munich and Lindau were part of the daily rotation.
