Igra 260005 TT Guardhouse with Waiting Room
Are you looking for a distinctive building that will add more of a station and trackside atmosphere to your TT layout? The Igra 260005 TT Guard House with Waiting Room is a detailed kit in the kKStB style and is ideal for historic railroad layouts, small stations, and control areas along the track. With a waiting room, living quarters, and a control room for the track layout, this versatile building creates an authentic railroad experience.
kKStB-style guardhouse for TT gauge
The model is designed for TT gauge and is classified as Era III. Thanks to its kKStB-style design, it fits particularly well with rural stations, branch lines, and historically themed scenes. The guardhouse not only adds a building to the layout but also conveys the sense of supervision, maintenance, and railway operations along the route.
The integrated waiting room makes the building particularly versatile. Complemented by living quarters and a control room for the track layout, it creates an authentic small operations center that integrates well into station environments or along sections of track.
High-quality materials for a realistic look
The kit contains parts made of Finnish plywood, 3D-printed chimneys, painted cardboard, and window film. This combination of materials creates an interesting, finely detailed model surface and supports a realistic building representation on a TT scale.
Assembly instructions are also included to guide you through building the model. This makes the guardhouse ideal for model railroaders who want to expand their layout with a custom building kit.
Suitable for station and branch line scenes
With dimensions of 93 x 133 x 59 mm, the guardhouse integrates well into compact TT layouts. It can be used as a small reception or control building, as a track post, or as an addition to a rural train station.
Enhance your TT layout with the Igra 260005 Guardhouse and create a cohesive scene featuring historic railroad operations, a waiting area, and typical kKStB-style architecture.
