Description

Lenz 40341-05 0 E-Lok BR 141 215-4, DB, Ep. V-VI Product Details

Lenz 40341-05 - Class 141 215-4 electric locomotive, DB, Era V-VI

The class 141 - also known as E41 - is one of the best-known standard electric locomotives of the German Federal Railroad. It was produced over many years and constantly developed further. Starting with locomotive number E41 121, the distinctive double lamps were installed as standard - a popular request from the model railroad community, which is now being fulfilled with the class 141 215-4 in 0 scale. This model covers the period from Era V to Era VI and will be available shortly.

Model quality in 0 gauge - powerful and true to detail

Authentic realization with strong equipment

The model has four powered axles, robust metal wheelsets, spring buffers and a finely designed interior and driver's cab. The length over buffers is 348 mm. The lighting is constant and also offers a direction-dependent light change and a separately switchable rear light - ideal for realistic shunting and driving scenarios.

State-of-the-art digital technology

With digital/analog recognition, RailCom compatibility, sound decoder and two remote-controlled pantographs, the locomotive is fully digitally equipped. The couplings can also be remote controlled digitally. This makes the locomotive the perfect addition to sophisticated digital gauge 0 layouts that value functionality and faithfulness to the prototype.

Variety of use between tradition and modernity

The class 141 215-4 was still in frequent use in the transition period between eras V and VI. With its typical design, supplemented by double lamps and more modern livery variants, it was a familiar sight on regional services. This model brings the locomotive to your layout in exactly this period - as a symbol of continuity and technical development.

Secure it now - classic Bundesbahn design meets modern technology

The BR 141 215-4 from Lenz is the ideal model for anyone who wants to depict the transition from the classic DB to the modern railroad world on their model layout. Detailed, functional and available at short notice - a must for gauge 0 fans and era V-VI enthusiasts.
