On the network of the Rhaetian Railway, the locomotives of the class Ge 4/4 II, with their 2,300 HP and their top speed of 90 km/h, can be seen in front of all types of trains. As early as 1973, the first locomotive of this class - at that time still painted in dark green and with round headlights - was delivered to the RhB. Modernized and rebuilt several times - among other things, the locomotives received angular headlights - almost all of them are still in service, and you can experience the locomotives from local trains to the Glacier Express. Most of the locomotives of this series have a special paint scheme or advertising foils, but this model represents a replica of the original in the normal red paint scheme.
