The LoDi-KSM is a simple turnaround loop module for digital model railroads. The data format does not matter. No contact track is required. Switching occurs in a flash. The module and the connected tracks are also protected against short circuits. The LoDi-KSM is RailCom-compatible and transmits data from the locomotive to the feedback modules via the turnaround loop.

In addition, the KSM features a DIP switch that allows you to reverse the polarity of the turnback loop via an externally connected switching decoder.

• The turnback loop module is track-gauge-independent
• KSM is not detectable by feedback modules (i.e., the feedback module does not display “Occupied”)
• The locomotive triggers an “Occupied” signal as usual

• RailCom data from the locomotive’s Channels 1 and 2 are transmitted back via the KSM section itself
• You can switch between automatic and manual modes (using the standard turnout output on your decoder or LoDi Operator)
• Supports the LoDi-KSM(-P) with LoDi-Operator 16-SD-FL / LoDi-Operator 4-WD-DC / LoDi-Operator 4-WD-AC
• Can be controlled with any other switching decoder
