Märklin 070361 H0 Form-Vorsignal Product Details
A distant signal is a railroad signal that indicates which signal aspect is to be expected at the following main signal. This is necessary at higher speeds because trains then have braking distances of several hundred meters or more and therefore in many cases the locomotive crew can no longer recognize the signal aspect of a main signal in time to bring the train to a halt before the main signal.
The distant signal 70361 from Märklin comes here in the H0 version and can be changed from yellow/yellow to green/green.
The shaped signal has the digital formats mfx, Motorola and DCC. It is driven by servo drives. The speed of the wing movement is freely programmable. The constant light source is generated by LEDs. An underfloor mounting kit is included for exemplary representation.
The shape signals are switched conventionally via the 72760 control panel and in the digital system via the CS II, MS II, CS I or 6040 keyboard.
