Minitrix 18993 N Covered Freight Car G02 "Kreutzkamm" - K.Sächs.St.E.B., Era I
The Minitrix 18993 is a lovingly designed type G02 private freight car, used on the Royal Saxon State Railroad (K.Sächs.St.E.B.). The model is based on a two-axle covered freight car with a standard brakeman's cab and spoked wheels and represents a fictitious car for the celebration of "200 Years of the Kreutzkamm Confectionery" - a traditional confectionery with roots in Saxony.
The imaginative lettering and design make the car a real eye-catcher - ideal for special trains or as a decorative individual item on the layout. With its design, it fits in perfectly with the style of Era I and charmingly combines the historic railroad world with culinary history.
The model has kinematics for close couplers and is therefore ideally suited for operation in realistic train formations. With a length over buffers of 60 mm, the car goes perfectly with other freight and private cars from the early days of the railroad.
