Modellbau Veit 41941 TTe Bausatz sächs. IV K steam locomotive Product Details
Prototype: The Saxon IV K is probably the best known narrow gauge locomotive. With 96 units, it was Germany's most built narrow gauge locomotive. The locomotives were built from 1892 to 1921. After the Second World War, the condition of the locomotives deteriorated. From 1963, 23 of these Meyer locomotives were overhauled and almost completely rebuilt. Today, 18 new-build and 4 old-build locomotives are still in existence. 11 locomotives are still operational.
