The Modellbau Veit 76012 snow plow from Era III is a detailed model of a historical snow plow, acquired due to the heavy snowfall in Saxony. The prototype of this model was built in 1916 in Chemnitz and was used on the Cranzahl-Oberwiesenthal line. These snow plows were pushed at high speeds by locomotives and were often positioned in front of scheduled trains to clear the tracks of snow. An excellent model for authentically depicting winter scenes on your model railway.
