Piko 21004 H0 Class 184.1 Electric Locomotive, DB, Era IV
With the BR 184.1 electric locomotive, PIKO is bringing a multi-system locomotive of Era IV known throughout Europe to the H0 tracks. The locomotives known as the "European locomotive" were designed for cross-border traffic between Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg - and are now available as a finely detailed model in the PIKO Expert series.
Prototypical down to the last detail
The detailed roof garden with finely crafted metal pantographs is a real eye-catcher - assembled without visible screws. The sides are characterized by fine engravings and grilles. A look through the driver's cab door reveals the illuminated engine room, which impresses with its harmonious details. The cab lighting can also be switched digitally if a decoder is used.
Technically prepared for digital retrofitting
The model is equipped with a PluX22 interface (NEM 658) and can be easily retrofitted with a digital decoder. A suitable PIKO sound decoder (item no. 56644) is also available as an option. The locomotive has direction of travel-dependent light changes in white/red and is equipped with an NEM shaft and close coupler link.

The bogies are equipped with many separately applied parts. The locomotive impresses with its sharply contoured printing, clean paintwork and realistic appearance - typical PIKO Expert.
