PIKO 27513 - H0 Steam locomotive G7.1 (Class 55), DRG, Era II, photo paint scheme, with sound
With the Piko 27513, the impressive steam locomotive G7.1 (class 55) of the Deutsche Reichsbahn-Gesellschaft (DRG ) appears in a particularly elegant version: the photo paint scheme of Era II. This special paint version was used for factory photos and presentations - a highlight for model railroaders and collectors with high demands on aesthetics and historical authenticity.
The DC model is equipped ex works with a powerful PSD XP sound decoder and provides a realistic acoustic steam locomotive experience. From exhaust beats and brakes to the locomotive whistle, the model offers a wide range of digitally switchable functions for maximum driving fun.
Historic elegance meets modern technology
The glossy photo paintwork is immaculately finished and, in combination with the fine printing, is a real eye-catcher. The model is complemented by a detailed boiler design, tender, filigree add-on parts and white/white light change - prototypical for DRG locomotives in the pre-war period.
Digital & ready for operation
The factory-fitted PluX22 sound decoder provides full digital control. The model offers a digital interface in accordance with NEM 658, is prepared for the use of a steam generator and runs reliably and sure-footedly even with longer trains thanks to four traction tires.
Scale & compatibility
With a length of 193 mm over buffers and a recommended minimum radius of 358 mm, the locomotive can be used universally on all H0 layouts - whether as a highlight in a parade train or as a powerful steam locomotive in operational service.
