Historical background
After the Second World War, the Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) took over several former German locomotives, including the class 91.3 (T 9.3), which was known as the Rh 75 in the Netherlands. There they continued to be used in a variety of ways, including in local traffic, on branch lines and in shunting service - a symbol of practical post-war use in the European rail network.
Compatibility & expansion options
The model is fully compatible with Märklin track systems (3L-AC) and can be easily integrated into digital control systems. It can be ideally combined with passenger and freight cars in the international style of the 1950s and 60s.
