The long frame version represents the later series version of the BR 103. The model impresses with its finely detailed body, precise engravings, high-quality paintwork in the oriental red DB AG design and neatly applied printing. A powerful five-pole motor with ball bearings and two flywheels ensures excellent running characteristics. The heavy die-cast metal frame gives the model high stability and traction. Two traction tires support traction - ideal for use in front of heavy express trains of the 1990s.
