Piko 51725 electric locomotive BR 112, DR, Ep. V (incl. sound)

Novelty 2023: Print variant of the DR class 112 in Era V. The PIKO model is distinguished by the successful mold construction without disturbing mold separation edges and the coherent implementation of all relevant details of its prototype. The lighting is provided by LEDs. The cab lights and the front and rear lights, which function depending on the direction of travel, can be switched digitally with the factory-integrated PluX22 decoder. The model, which has a die-cast zinc frame, has a five-pole motor with precisely balanced flywheels for excellent running characteristics and two traction tires for high tractive forces that are arranged diagonally on the inside axles of both bogies. For optimal sound experience, the model has a loudspeaker with the largest possible diaphragm area.Attachable dummy brake hoses are included with the model.
