The Piko H0 AC sound diesel locomotive BR 211 in the VLTJ (Vestjyske Jernbaner) version brings the proven technology of the German Federal Railroad diesel locomotive to your Märklin layout as an AC-compatible version with mfx® compatibility. Built in series starting in 1961, the class 211 was instrumental in the structural change on branch lines. It was also exported to Denmark as an export model - a prime example of successful locomotive technology "Made in Germany".

A wealth of detail and digital technology combined

The model impresses with digitally switchable driver's cab lighting, detailed center cab equipment and finely etched fan grilles. The cooling system with freely rotating fan wheel and free-standing hand and handle bars ensure the highest degree of prototypical fidelity.
