Piko 52836 diesel locomotive V 60, DB, Ep. III (WECHSELSTROM/AC)

The model of the BR 364 as a BR V 60 of the German Federal Railroad from Era III is characterized by the successful mold construction without disturbing mold parting edges as well as by the harmonious implementation of all relevant details of the prototype machine. The PIKO model of the shunting locomotive has straight, precisely aligned platforms, a buffer tank for silky-smooth shunting movements without unwanted power interruptions and lighting by means of LEDs. The cab lighting and the front and rear lights that work depending on the direction of travel can be controlled digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The heavy model with a die-cast zinc frame has a five-pole motor for excellent running characteristics and high tractive forces. This AC version for center conductor operation comes with an mfx®-compatible PluX22 decoder.
