With the Piko 57409 Taurus electric locomotive in the striking "CityJet" design of the ÖBB, PIKO brings a modern highlight of Era VI to your H0 layout. The AC model impresses with its finely detailed paintwork, precise printing and a factory-installed digital decoder - perfect for use in Austrian local and long-distance traffic.

The locomotive is presented in the current ÖBB color scheme of the CityJet concept - cleanly painted and with sharply contoured lettering. This makes it an ideal addition to modern train formations and brings authentic Austrian railroad flair to your model railway tracks.
Digitally ready for immediate use
The model is equipped ex works with a PluX22 decoder and can be controlled fully digitally. The direction of travel-dependent light change (white/white) provides prototypical lighting while the train is running. The locomotive can be retrofitted with the PIKO sound decoder #56638 for even more realism.
