This weatherproof and aged "brick" building with movable doors is modeled on the industrial buildings of the early 20th century. The modular design allows easy expansion by using several kits. The color scheme of the furniture factory matches the heating plant (MBS102512) very well. The add-on parts for the water boiler and the ventilation system are part of the PIKO kit (MBS102508) and can be assembled as required.
