The PIKO model of the SP45 universal locomotive reproduces all the proportions of the prototype very well. The exact paintwork and precise lettering are authentically based on the prototype. The model has free-standing grab irons. Sharply engraved bogies show all the details of the original such as spring elements and axle bearing covers. The PIKO motor with two large flywheel masses provides excellent running characteristics and great tractive power. The model has a PluX22 digital interface. Prepared for digital operation with sound, the model can be easily converted at any time.
