With the model of the Rh 2800 electric locomotive (formerly 120001), PIKO brings an impressively detailed piece of Belgian railroad history to your H0 layout. The characteristic front end, detailed bogie covers and filigree pantographs make the locomotive a real eye-catcher.

Expressively designed - implemented in great detail

Free-standing, pre-installed grab irons, elaborately designed bogies and a perfect realization of the front end make the model a true-to-original miniature of the SNCB prototype. The LED lighting with direction of travel-dependent light change in white/red and digitally switchable driver's cab lighting also ensure authenticity during night operation. The brake hoses are included as accessories and round off the equipment.

Powerful drive with digital sound

The powerful five-pole motor with two balanced flywheels, in combination with a heavy die-cast zinc frame and two traction tires, ensures excellent running characteristics and high tractive power. A PluX22 sound decoder is installed at the factory, which provides true-to-original driving noises and additional sounds. The decoder can be switched digitally via the NEM 658 interface - ideal for modern model railroad layouts in the AC system.
