The Roco 10820 Z21 digital control unit is the heart of a modern model railway control system and offers maximum flexibility for beginners and professionals alike. It connects your model railway layout to digital locomotives, wagons and control devices via WLAN and enables control via tablet, smartphone or classic input devices such as the Z21 multiMAUS - without any in-depth network knowledge.

The Z21 offers photorealistic, virtual driver's cabs for many locomotive types and allows particularly intuitive control. Thanks to the open multi-protocol structure (DCC and Motorola), both modern and older components can be integrated. Existing digital systems can also be easily expanded thanks to downward compatibility - for example with the Lokmaus 2 or Z21 multiMAUS.

The Z21 is also perfect for automation via PC. A direct connection to computers via the integrated interface and RailCom support open up numerous possibilities - from route control to decoder updates for ZIMO sound decoders. The control of points, signals and other magnetic items is just as possible as the integration of camera locomotives via the Z21 app.
