The Roco 7300081 BR-232 049 diesel locomotive is a powerful model from Pol-Miedz Trans (PMT) and authentically depicts the V-VI era. Prototype and use
The class 232, also known as the "Ludmilla", was originally manufactured in the Soviet Union and was used in large numbers for freight and passenger transportation in Germany and Eastern Europe. The BR-232 049 locomotive shown here is operated by the Polish Pol-Miedz Trans (PMT) and is mainly used for heavy freight traffic. With its distinctive appearance and special paint scheme, it is an unmistakable part of modern railroad operations.
Detailed model design

The locomotive can be easily digitized via the PluX22 interface.
Use on the model railroad
With a length of 237 mm over buffers and a minimum radius of 358 mm, the locomotive can be used universally on H0 layouts. It is perfectly suited for use in heavy freight traffic and ensures a prototypical train appearance with long block trains. Thanks to the NEM 362 coupler pockets, the locomotive can be easily integrated into existing train formations.
