Roco 7310088 H0 Diesellok 753 211-2, CD, Ep. V, DC-Sound Product Details
Roco 7310088 H0 Diesel locomotive 753 211-2, CD, Ep. V, DC sound - Powerful prototype with authentic sound experience
The Roco 7310088 Czech State Railways (ČD) 753 211-2 diesel locomotive in Era V combines outstanding attention to detail with modern digital functions and rich sound. These so-called "diving goggles" will delight model railroad fans with their striking appearance with yellow window frames and warning stripes - supplemented by the finest plug-in parts and additional light functions in digital operation based on the CD model. A must for all those who attach great importance to authenticity and technical sophistication.
Highly detailed design with real recognition value
The model impresses with a large number of filigree add-on parts and a precisely reproduced front section with the characteristic "spectacled snake" look. A sign set is included for individual design. The entire design is precisely crafted and results in a harmonious overall appearance - ideal for display cases as well as operating facilities.
Digital driving fun with realistic sound
Equipped with a PluX22 decoder and integrated sound module, the locomotive offers a convincing digital driving experience. All light functions can be switched in digital operation according to the CD model, including headlights and marker lights with LED technology. The sound is also impressive with authentic driving and operating noises - making every journey a realistic experience.
Reliable technology for smooth operation
With four powered axles, one axle with traction tires and a built-in flywheel, the locomotive guarantees reliable running characteristics on all standard H0 layouts. The close coupling kinematics in combination with the NEM 362 shaft ensure precise couplings in the train set, even with tight radii from 358 mm.
Prototype history - The diving goggles from Prague
The T 478.3 series locomotives were produced by the manufacturer CKD in Prague from 1968. With an increased engine output of 1,360 kW compared to the T 478.1 (1,104 kW) and the new appearance with glare-free driver's cabs, a total of 408 of these universal locomotives were built. The eye-catching front section gave it the nickname "diving goggles" - a real piece of Czech railroad history.
