Roco 7510146 H0 Electric locomotive BB 15000, SNCF, Ep. V-VI, DC sound
Are you looking for a French electric locomotive with a strong character, historical significance and modern digital technology? The Roco BB 15060 from the SNCF brings the legendary "nez cassé" design in multiservice look to your DC digital layout - with sound, light functions and detailed implementation.
Icon of French rail transportation
The BB 15000 is one of France's best-known electric locomotives. Between 1971 and 1976, 65 units were built by Alstom - exclusively for the alternating current network with 25 kV / 50 Hz. It was the first mainline locomotive in France with two driver's cabs but only one pantograph. The striking design with the "broken nose" (nez cassé) was created by the renowned SNCF designer Paul Arzens.
Model in an exclusive design variant
The BB 15060 appears here in a silver-grey multiservice design with the "Creil" emblem. A special feature of this design variant is the front with an additional connection box for the push-pull control. The smooth side walls without address panels, the prototypical roof design and the finely executed pantograph emphasize the high level of detail of this model.
Digital technology for direct current operation
Equipped with a PluX22 digital decoder and sound function, the model offers a prototypical driving experience: The headlights can be switched according to the French standard, as can the cab lighting. A powerful 5-pole motor ensures reliable running - supported by a flywheel, four driven axles and a traction tire axle.
Can be used prototypically in Era V and VI
With a length over buffers of 201 mm, NEM 362 shaft and KK kinematics, the locomotive is ideally suited for French express trains, Intercités or international trains. Perfectly combinable with SNCF rolling stock - or in cross-border traffic on your layout.
