LEDs must not be operated on alternating voltage, otherwise their service life will be considerably reduced. This is why this bridge rectifier module is used. They turn the transformer AC voltage into a DC voltage.

A smoothing capacitor and a filter capacitor have also been installed. Consumers can be connected quickly and conveniently via the high-quality screw terminals.
