Trix 24475 H0 Articulated Pocket Car, Hupac – Modern Technology for Combined Transport

With the Trix 24475 articulated pocket car, model Sdggmrss (T3000e), you can add a state-of-the-art combined transport vehicle to your H0 layout. The prototype is owned by Hupac AG and has been in service in international freight transport since 2019. The model is shown loaded with two distinctive curtain-sided semi-trailers from the Schöni freight forwarding company—a visual and logistical highlight in any modern Era VI train set.

Functionally accurate design in a robust metal construction

The two bogie halves are largely made of metal and are connected to each other via a movably mounted central bogie—just like the prototype. The four side folding latches are factory-installed and fully functional. They can be folded up for transporting containers or swap bodies.

Attention to detail with a focus on practicality

The model features many finely rendered details such as steps, handrails, brake lines, and air reservoirs. All important elements at the end of the car are included as separately attachable parts. The bogies correspond to the Y25 type. The buffer height is designed according to NEM standards—for perfect compatibility with other rolling stock.

Two highly detailed curtain-sided semi-trailers in the Schöni freight forwarding company’s design are included for loading—a typical sight on European rail transport routes. Mounts for king pins in both high and low configurations ensure the semi-trailers sit securely on the car. The model is ideal for modern container and mixed-load trains.
