YaMoRC YD7460-18 power supply 18 V DC / 60 W - performance & reliability for digital systems
The YaMoRC YD7460-18 is a high-quality switching power supply designed specifically for model railroad digital systems. It supplies a constant 18 V DC voltage with a maximum output of 60 W (approx. 3.3 A). Ideally suited for supplying command stations, boosters or other digitally controlled components with higher current requirements. Thanks to its protection class and circuit characteristics, it is safe and durable - even under load and in complex system structures.
Safety and protective functions
The power supply unit is double-insulated in accordance with protection class 2, which reduces contact and earthing problems. Short-circuit and overload protection are integrated, so that it switches off automatically in the event of an incorrect load. The "Cool Technology" ensures that the power supply unit hardly heats up when idle or under low load - ideal for operating situations in which the line is in operation for long periods.
Connection & areas of application
The YD7460-18 is compatible with YaMoRC command stations, boosters and other consumers that require stable DC voltage. Thanks to the 60 W output, several modules can also be supplied simultaneously. The power supply uses a real two-core low-voltage cable, not thin coax - this increases stability and reduces voltage losses over cable lengths.
