Welcome to the 13332 multi-family house in TT scale from Auhagen! This model is a homage to the housing situation of the late 1950s, when living space was scarce in both urban and rural areas. For this reason, apartment buildings like this or similar buildings were built at that time. Over time, they were renovated and modernized. This kit contains all the parts you need to design your own new housing estate. There are no limits to your imagination and you can vary the components as you wish.

We have combined our items 13 316 and 13 318. Now it is possible to build all 4 variants (with balcony, with basement entrance, with both or without everything). There are no limits to your imagination when designing a new housing estate. All parts are included.
