The independence of the "Bavarian Group Administration" within the DRG not only culminated in the further and new procurement of independent locomotive designs, but also led to the continuation of the Bavarian color philosophy. Until the 1930s, locomotives were delivered in a green and black livery instead of the DRG uniform look, which was not bad for them and was reminiscent of the "good old days".
