Brawa 41574 diesel locomotive BR 291 „SUNRAIL” Metrans

The diesel locomotive BR 291 "SUNRAIL" by Metrans is a detailed replica that considers all specific features of the series 290, 291, 294, 295, and 296, such as different fan positions, additional railings, and various bogie configurations. It features all-wheel drive, maintenance-free LED lighting, a chassis and gear housing made of die-cast zinc, etched radiator grilles, spring buffers, and freestanding handles. The cab provides an unobstructed view, and there is a detailed reproduction of the brake rods and bogie frames with axle drives. Tail lights as well as cab lighting are included. A later conversion from analog to digital is possible via a PluX22 interface, although not for all functions.
