The BR 425 has been in service in regional transport since the end of the 1990s - and with this model you can bring its dynamics directly to your layout. The four-car multiple unit impresses with its three-dimensionally shaped front, extra high-voltage elements, fine engravings and a detailed roof and bogie design. The striking pantograph is also delicately reproduced - including a prototypical rest position.

Modern technology for digital DC systems

The railcar is equipped with a high-quality Doehler & Haass decoder and integrated LokSound. Power is always drawn from the front section of the train - via intelligent pick-up shoe switching. LED lighting, illuminated train destination displays, a complete interior and factory-installed interior lighting ensure an impressive effect - both when running and when stationary.

For authentic driving operation in H0 scale

The bogies have been faithfully reproduced with a view to the differences between the 425 and 426 series. Windshield wipers, roof details and train destination display were also added as separate parts. The model has close coupling kinematics in accordance with NEM - ideal for realistic double traction. Thanks to the detailed implementation, the train is an eye-catcher on any modern DC layout.
