Description

Brawa 58241 H0 Triebwagen 425, TDH, Ep. VI, AC-Sound Product Details

Brawa 58241 H0 Railcar BR 425, TDH, Era VI, AC sound - Modern technology for regional traffic

Would you like to enrich your H0 layout with a detailed and technically mature regional multiple unit? The Brawa 58241 class 425 railcar offers you the highest precision, extensive sound functions and a true-to-original design - perfect for demanding model railroaders of Era VI!

Model with attention to detail

This four-car multiple unit impresses with its prototypical design: The three-dimensionally shaped front section, intricate engravings and precisely fitted windows ensure a realistic appearance. The exact reproduction of the roof equipment, such as high-voltage elements and air-conditioning boxes, round off the exterior appearance. The finely detailed pantograph with prototypical resting position is particularly striking.

Technical highlights at a glance

The railcar is equipped with a Doehler & Haass digital decoder including LokSound. The power is always drawn from the front section of the train by switching the pick-up shoe - a well thought-out feature for trouble-free operation. The model also has a functional and illuminated train destination display as well as complete interior lighting with built-in interior fittings. Close coupler kinematics in accordance with NEM ensure a reliable connection - even with double traction.

Prototypical down to the last detail

The bogies have been reproduced true to the original and differentiated between the BR 425 and BR 426. Even the smallest details such as individually attached windshield wipers or the train destination display behind the windshield at the front have been precisely reproduced. All of this makes the railcar a real eye-catcher on any modern layout.

About the prototype: The versatile local transport professional

A total of 249 units of the 425 series were built for Deutsche Bahn from 1999. Used in S-Bahn and regional services, it is now an integral part of many networks. With its aluminum construction, continuous accessibility and 206 seats (24 of which are in 1st class), it combines modern technology with high passenger capacity. Typical areas of use range from S-Bahn networks such as Ludwigshafen - Mannheim - Heidelberg to regional express routes such as Mannheim - Trier or Magdeburg - Stendal - Wittenberge - Salzwedel.

For all those who love modern trains

The Brawa 58241 is the ideal model for fans of modern local transportation concepts. Thanks to extensive digital functions, brilliant lighting technology and excellent detailing, this railcar is a real highlight both in operation and in the display case. Perfect for anyone who values contemporary rail traffic on their layout.
