If a train interrupts the infrared light barrier, the timer is triggered. A connected electronic item (up to max. 150 mA) is switched on. After the adjustable time (approx. 2-24 seconds) has elapsed, automatic switch-off takes place. If a train stops within the light barrier, the switch-on time is extended until the light barrier is released. Ideally suited for switching hazard warning lights, light signals, lighting, etc.
