Landmark of the north. Replica of the "Westerheversand" lighthouse on the Eiderstedt peninsula in Schleswig-Holstein, which went into operation in 1908. The red and white striped giant of the Wadden Sea, which extends over nine storeys inside, is the most famous lighthouse in Germany.
