Fleischmann 7360007 diesel locomotive V 200 126, DB, Ep. III Product Details
The V 200.1 series is a further development of the V 200.0. The first locomotive was delivered to the German Federal Railroad in 1962. The last units were taken out of service at the Oberhausen 1 depot for the 1988 summer timetable. The universal locomotive had an output of 2,700 hp. This enabled it to haul a wide variety of train types. The express train operations on the Vogelfluglinie or on the mountainous Black Forest Railway and later on the Emsland line as the successor to the 043 with the "Langer Heinrich" Emden-Rheine ore trains were legendary.
