Kres 44404 Gleiskraftrad GKR Typ 2 Schienenmoped Product Details

The rail moped, or more precisely the GKR type 2 track motorcycle, was based on a Simson KR50 and was manufactured from the late 1950s for standard and narrow gauges.

It was used as a track inspection vehicle for permanent way inspectors and railroad maintenance depots.
