LGB 43602 gedeckter Güterwagen DR, Ep. III

Well into the 80s of the last century, freight traffic was still indispensable on the narrow-gauge railroads in Saxony. The old freight cars that had already been delivered to the Royal Saxon State Railroad at the beginning of the 20th century were still used in these - usually steam-hauled - trains. The cars had all been given the typical brown freight car paint scheme of the DR, otherwise not much changed on the cars, even the typical Saxon cable brake was retained.Model of a type GGw boxcar as it was still in use for a long time with the DR on the narrow gauge railroads in Saxony.
